1) Where is my Order?
Please allow up to 3 full business days after the day of ordering before contacting Support to check the status of your order. Deliveries are made up to 5pm Monday to Friday by courier or Royal Mail and some small items may be delivered on Saturdays if sent by Royal Mail.

2) I have some items missing from my order, where are the other items?We often send multiple items from different suppliers meaning you may have more than 1 delivery from different couriers. Please allow for this before contacting support.

3) My Product is not working what can i do?The quickest way we can advise on this is for you to complete the (Contact Us) Support Form in the Support Centre giving your Order Number and the details of the problem. We can then use our product, techincal data and technical contacts to get a quick resolution to your particular issue or fault. This is NOT as efficient or may not be feasible over the phone as we may need to contact the manufacturers, etc. Please be aware of this if you choose to ring.
