Silk dome tweeters with neodymium magnets, polypropylene mica filled cones that are stiff, yet light, and well-damped, nitrile butadiene rubber surrounds. The result is sound quality that is far beyond expectations and far beyond their price points.

CTX component coaxial speakers feature a long excursion mid-woofer design that handles high-power amplifiers effortlessly with low distortion allowing higher output levels. The Silk Dome CTX tweeters deliver the dynamics and detail of a metal dome tweeter without the listening fatigue normally associated with metal domes.

• SURROUND- Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR) surround provides long life and consistent compliance over a wide range of temperatures with good UV stabilility. 
• TWEETER: Coated silk dome neodymium magnet tweeter in 2 sizes 20mm & 25mm  
• TWEETER MOUNT- Swivels up to 18 deg for optimal off axis response
• VOICE COIL-  2 layer high temperature copper voice coil wound on anodized aluminum former for high power handling and reduced thermal power compression
• TERMINAL- Epoxy resin fiberglass terminal pads with heavy gauge plated terminal connections for long life in all weather conditions
