Please allow up to 3 full working days from receiving the dispatched/ shipped email before contacting the support centre. We send deliveries via a variety of different couriers and Royal mail. Deliveries are made up to 5PM Monday to Friday. Small items may be delivered Saturday if sent by Royal Mail however this is at the discretion of royal mail.
