Ivanhoe is a very flexible OEM style foam made of closed cell vinyl infused with rubber, specifically engineered to filter noise and vibrations between the frequency range of 200Hz and 2000Hz. Applied on top of one of our Damplifier or Spectrum dampers it will provide over 300% more noise reduction than our original noise filter Over Kill™ while saving time and weight at equal thicknesses.

This vinyl based filter not only dissipates airborne sound waves that are able to penetrate the layers below it, but because of the rubber content it enhances vibration damping results. Apply Ivanhoe to all areas of the car to help eliminate road noise, engine noise, exhaust and wind noises as well as distortion causing reflections.

It is a viscoelastic deadener with a supercharged bitumen based adhesive. With a aluminum constraining layer with a unique compostition with suspended mineral particals it has been proven to be extremely efficient at the conversion of vibration to thermal energy, Also being extremely flexible is very important which allows it to properly adhere to contoured panels.
